REC Tyre Changer - TC 100
- The sliding type machine overcomes the disadvantages of Swing arm type and the Tilting type.
- As our motto of providing the essential advanced features as standard features, we have developed this tyre changer as SLIDING TYPE.
- The Mounting tool always rests in the centre of the rim and along the perimetre, so that irrespective of the size of the rim the mounting / demounting is easy and also safe
- It has a capacity upto 24 " rim size
- The machine is built in a rugged way to handle the most of the tough jobs.
- It is provided with a high powered bead pressing cylinder ( Aluminium alloy cylinder barrel with steel cylinder head) produces 3140 kgs/cm2 of output pressure, making it easier to break the bead of tough tyres
- The machine is also designed in such a way, that it can always be upgraded to TC 200 / TC 300 / TC 300 LL at any times without change of machine.
- The design of the machine is done ergonimically in such a way that the bead pressing operation can be carried out at the press of a button from the bead breaking side handle itself instead of stretching the legs on one side and holding the hands on the other side.
